Daniel J. Rogers, Jr., CPA, CMA, CFM, MST

Dan graduated from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in accounting. He also graduated with honors from the Washington School of Law in 2004 with a Master of Science in Taxation. Dan has earned the following credentials: CPA (Certified Public Accountant); CMA (Certified Management Accountant) and CFM (Certified in Financial Management).

Dan is the principal shareholder in the firm. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Management Accountants. He is a past-president of the North Central Chapter of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Kevin T. Rogers, CPA

Kevin is a shareholder in the firm and graduated from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in accounting. Kevin has earned the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) credential and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Thomas C. Randecker, CPA

Tom graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management. Tom has earned the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) credential and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Kathlynn N. Farley, CPA

Katie graduated from Messiah College in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Katie has earned the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) credential and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Daniel J. Rogers III

Daniel graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He also graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2023 with a Master of Accounting, majoring in Taxation. Daniel is currently pursuing the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) credential and has successfully passed two of the four parts of that examination. He is also presently enrolled at Penn State Law as a member of the class of 2026, pursuing a Juris Doctorate degree.

Mary K. McNutt

Mary graduated from the Williamsport Area Community College in 1983 with an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting. Mary has decades of accounting and tax preparation experience.

Kristina K. Goss

Kristy graduated from Lycoming College with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Business Administration. Kristy is the office manager and performs bookkeeping and payroll processing as well.
