Dan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in accounting, from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Taxation from the Washington School of Law, graduating with honors. He holds CPA, CMA, and CFM credentials and serves as the firm's principal shareholder. With over 40 years of experience in public accounting, Dan specializes in providing the tax benefits and implications related to choice of entity decisions, business succession planning, and comprehensive tax planning and preparation services to high-net worth individuals and closely held businesses. Dan is a member of the AICPA, PICPA, and the Institute of Management Accountants, and previously served as President of the North Central Chapter of the PICPA.
Kevin T. Rogers, CPA
Kevin is a shareholder in the firm and graduated from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in accounting. Kevin is the partner in charge of financial reporting services and also provides tax planning and preparation services. Kevin has earned the CPA credential and is a member of the AICPA and the PICPA.
